Installation

Installation is really easy:

  • Download a distribution from the sourceforge project page (.zip for Windows, .tar.gz and .bz2 for unix/linux).
Alternatively get the source from cvs with
    cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/jpopupcalendar co jpopupcalendar
and build it by typing ant in the root directory of the package. Of course that only works if you have ant installed and in your path. If you don't have it installed, get it. If it's not in your path, at it to your path. If you have one of these java IDE's, they can also build the jar file for you. But you have to figure out for yourself how :)
  • Extract the files to a location of your choice.
  • Add the JPopupCalendar.jar file to your project classpath.
  • To build the documentation you need the distribution that includes the source files (I guess I should get that sorted out better). Then build the javadocs running.
